Shipping and returns

Damaged or non-conforming products

Please check the parcel and products when they arrive. If a product was damaged in transit, is incorrect or incomplete, or has a problem affecting its conformity, contact us as soon as possible using the contact details and include your order number, a description and, where possible, photos of the parcel and product. We will review your report and tell you which remedy applies.

Your statutory rights for non-conforming goods remain in force. Subject to applicable law, consumers may be entitled to have the goods brought into conformity, replacement, a proportionate price reduction, or termination of the sales contract. Transit damage or a problem attributable to the seller is not treated as a change-of-mind return.

Withdrawal rights for online orders

In general, consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. To exercise this right, send us a clear withdrawal statement within the legal period using our contact details. We will provide the return instructions.

Miswak is an oral hygiene product intended for individual use. If a product is supplied sealed and, for genuine health protection or hygiene reasons, is not suitable for return, the right of withdrawal may no longer apply once its seal has been broken. This exception applies only where the legal conditions are met; being a single-use product alone does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Sealed and unopened products remain subject to the applicable statutory withdrawal rules.

Withdrawal rights do not limit statutory rights concerning damaged or non-conforming products. Return costs and refunds are handled under applicable law, including rules on standard delivery costs, diminished value and refund deadlines.

Delivery

We deliver by courier throughout Romania, including all counties and Bucharest. The delivery fee and estimated timeframe will be shown before an order is placed. See our Romania delivery information.

Online orders will be available once the store is activated.

Nothing on this page limits mandatory consumer rights under Romanian or European Union law.
